1. Returns

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 12 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where the return is due to a defect or an error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure that your return is received.

2. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 2-5 days.
